How it works

Follow one sale all the way through.

A contractor buys paint on credit at a hardware shop. Here is everything Accura does with that one bill — and everything nobody has to write again.

  1. 0110:42

    The cashier makes the bill

Scan the barcodes or type a few letters. Pick the bucket or the piece; the price follows the customer’s price level and the GST follows the HSN code. Choose “credit” and the customer.

    • Barcode, camera or search
    • Packs and loose units on one bill
    • Cash, UPI, card, split or credit
  2. 0210:42

    The credit limit is checked

Before the bill is saved, Accura adds it to what the customer already owes. Over the limit, the counter stops — only someone allowed to can let it through.

    • Limit and credit days per customer
    • Pending bills with their age
    • Statements to print or share
  3. 0310:43

    The stock moves

The paint leaves the shop shelf. When the shop runs low, a transfer brings more from the godown — and “what to order” notices before the godown runs out.

    • Stock per shelf, godown and branch
    • Transfers and counts with reasons
    • Low-stock and fast-seller list
  4. 0410:43

    The accounts post themselves

The bill is a double-entry voucher: the customer’s account up, sales and CGST + SGST payable up, stock down at cost. Profit & loss is current the moment the bill is saved.

    • Day book and trial balance
    • Profit & loss and balance sheet
    • GSTR-1 and 3B-style summaries
  5. 0520:30

    Day-end cash tally

The cashier counts the drawer note by note; any difference is posted with a remark. The owner sees the day’s sales, who owes what and what’s running low.

    • Cash count by denomination
    • Differences recorded, not hidden
    • Today’s summary for the owner

Who uses it

Each person starts on their own screen.

Give everyone a role. They see the screens their work needs — and nothing they shouldn’t.

  • Owner

    Today

Sales so far, who owes what, what’s running low, anything that needs a decision.

  • Cashier

    The counter

Bills, returns and the day’s cash — no costs, no reports, no settings.

  • Storekeeper

    Stock

Receive goods, move stock between shop and godown, count shelves.

  • Accountant / CA

    The books

Day book, ledgers, GST summaries, reports — and closing the month.
